Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility service products.

The role is physical, with a 4-day workweek and potential bonuses. You will be the face of Cintas to customers, build rapport with decision makers, and upsell additional products while adhering to safety and quality

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Ability to provide employment documentation.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to our customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying professional and safe.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
