Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility service products. Role emphasizes building rapport with customers, meeting quality standards, and upselling.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license
• 21 years of age or older
• DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation of prior employment

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
