Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive an established route delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services, while representing the company to customers.

Responsibilities include maintaining quality standards, solving customer concerns, upselling and cross-selling products, negotiating renewals, and ensuring compliant, safe driving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or Military Service
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• Strong customer service orientation
• Self-motivation and the drive to work in a team-based environment
• A positive attitude, along with ambition, organization and service spirit

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
