Job summary

Qualifications

• DOT requirements: active driver’s license, age 21+, DOT medical certification, and documentation of prior employment.
• Must meet the physical requirements of the position.
• High School diploma or GED or Military Service required.
• Strong customer service orientation is essential.
• Self-motivation and teamwork are important traits.
• Positive attitude with organization and service spirit.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key decision makers and serve as the face of Cintas to customers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying professional and safe.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
