Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced role involving delivery and pickup of uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and related facility services. Training, advancement opportunities, and performance-based bonuses are offered to support growth.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key customers and decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services within existing accounts.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory compliance.
• Drive as required and comply with vehicle regulations.
