Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility services products while building rapport with key decision makers.

This role offers a solid base salary plus commissions, a 4-day workweek, and most shifts with no nights or weekends. Training is provided with opportunities for growth and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• DOT driving requirements must be met.
• Active driver's license.
• DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
