Job summary

Cintas seeks a Route Service Representative in the Rental Division to manage and grow customer accounts on an established route. You will deliver and pick up uniforms and facility services products, maintaining strong relationships with decision makers and ensuring quality standards.

The role emphasizes safety, DOT compliance, and a 4-day workweek with minimal nights or weekends, plus bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must meet the DOT requirements to drive a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license, 21+ years of age, DOT medical certificate.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to our customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
