Qualifications

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and language skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the training and development of a team of Route Service Representatives.
• Respond to service requests.
• Negotiate customer contract renewals.
• Build strong relationships with customers and team.
• Collaborate with leadership to provide top customer service and programs.
• Provide route coverage when a representative is unavailable to ensure customer satisfaction.
