Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility services products.

The role offers a starting hourly rate of $25.94, a solid base salary with commission after routing, a 4-day workweek, and no nights or weekends, plus performance bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT requirements for driving a 10,000+ lbs vehicle.
• Active driver’s license required.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• High School diploma or GED or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
