Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a route, servicing and selling to an established customer base, and delivering/collecting uniforms and other facility services products.

Benefits include a starting hourly rate of $27.50, solid base salary with commissions, a 4-day workweek majority, and no nights or weekends. This position offers performance bonuses and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for operating a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation from previous employment.

Responsabilités

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base through upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
