Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Route delivery and service of uniforms, towels, and other facility products along an established route.

This role offers a solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment, with most workweeks totaling four days and minimal nights or weekends. Additional bonuses and incentives are available based on performance.

Qualifications

• Meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license and be at least 21 years old; obtain DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment as part of hiring process.
• Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professional conduct.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
