Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility services. Benefits include a solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment, a 4-day workweek, largely no nights or weekends, and monthly/quarterly

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT driving requirements: active driver's license, age 21+, DOT medical certification.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base via upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety.
