Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility services.

The role includes a solid base salary with commission after route assignment, a 4-day workweek, no nights or weekends for most routes, and a robust training program with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Meets DOT driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT medical certificate.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Physical capability for route-driven, fast-paced work.
• HS diploma or GED and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while adhering to safety rules.
• Comply with driving regulations and company policies.
