Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position.

You will deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Expect training, a solid base salary plus commission, and a 4-day workweek with no nights or weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Active driver's license required and ability to meet DOT requirements.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain DOT medical certification.
• High School diploma or GED or Military Service required.
• Ability to document previous employment.

Aufgaben

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
