Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, delivering and picking garments and products daily while building strong customer relationships on the road.

This field-based role is commission-driven from day one, with safety, reliability and top-quality service as the core focus; you’ll work Monday through Friday daytime hours on a fixed route, serving the same customers weekly.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with safe driving history.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work independently on a route.
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers on an assigned route, delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Support route operations by loading/unloading route trucks and ensuring accuracy at each stop.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships by addressing service needs and introducing new garments and products.
• Identify upselling opportunities to grow the route’s revenue.
