Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced role delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services. The position offers a 10-week training with a starting hourly rate of $28.75, a solid base salary plus commissions after route

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and valid DOT medical certification.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory while maintaining professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
