Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, and cleaning products.

The position includes a 10-week training program with a starting hourly rate, solid base salary plus commissions after assignment, a four-day workweek for many, and no regular nights or weekends, with

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required and must meet DOT regulations.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• Must meet physical requirements and have a HS diploma / GED or military service.
• Demonstrate strong customer service orientation; self-motivation; teamwork; positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
