Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility services products. The role includes a 10-week training program with starting hourly rate of $26.00/Hour, a solid base salary with commission potential after being assigned

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• High School diploma or GED or Military Service.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
