Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, and other facility service products.

The position offers a comprehensive 10-week training program with starting pay of $26.00/hour, solid base salary plus commission after route assignment, and a 4‑day workweek with minimal nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicles weighing over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license and be at least 21 years old
• Must obtain DOT medical certification
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to our customers and build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
