Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility products.

The role offers a comprehensive 10-week training program, a solid base salary with commission, and a majority 4-day workweek with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory on the route.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
