Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division along an established route. Partners drive a truck, service and sell within an existing base, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility supplies in a physical, fast-paced role.

Position emphasizes a 4-day workweek with majority daytime hours, a solid base salary plus commission potential after routing is assigned, and opportunities for advancement, training and skills development

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license required and must be 21+ years old.
• Must obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products/services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying professional and safe.
• Comply with driving/vehicle regulations.
