Job summary

Cintas Corporation in the United States is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck on an established route to service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility services.

This is a fast-paced, physical position with a 10-week training program starting at an hourly rate until assigned a route, a solid base

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT requirements for driving a vehicle over 10,000 lbs
• Active driver’s license required and must be 21+ years old
• DOT medical certification required
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• Ability to meet physical requirements and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Represent Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
