Job summary

Cintas is hiring a Route Service Representative for the Rental Division. You will manage and grow customer accounts on an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services.

Training is provided, with a strong base salary and commission potential after routes are assigned. The role emphasizes a 4‑day workweek, minimal nights or weekends, and monthly/quarterly performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and minimum age of 21
• DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding prior employment
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
