Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

This physical, fast-paced role involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility services. Training is provided, with a solid base salary and commission potential, largely a 4-day workweek and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license is required.
• You must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification is required prior to employment.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
