Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service items.

This role includes a comprehensive 10-week training program, a solid base salary with commission after routing, a 4-day workweek, and no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying professional and safe.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
