Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck along established routes, service and sell to an existing base, delivering and picking up uniforms and related products.

This role offers a 10-week training program, base pay with commission potential after routing, a 4-day workweek majority, and many bonuses/incentives. Most shifts avoid nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT requirements for driving a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must obtain DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of prior employment.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service accepted.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork expected.
• Self-motivation with organized, service-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key decision makers at customer sites.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base via upselling and cross-selling.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory with professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
