Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility service items. We offer a solid base salary with commission, a 4-day workweek, mostly no nights or weekends, and

Qualifications

• Active driver\'s license required (21+ years old, DOT medical certification).
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
