Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced role delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility service products, with a focus on building rapport and meeting DOT standards. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license and minimum age 21.
• DOT medical certification required before first day.
• Documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base via upselling and cross-selling.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory professionally/safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
