Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. This role involves driving a truck on an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

The position offers a solid base salary with commission potential after being assigned a route, a comprehensive 10-week training program, and a majority 4-day workweek with no nights or weekends, plus performance

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and DOT compliance required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain DOT medical certification.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory with safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
