Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services along established routes.

Training lasts 10 weeks with an entry hourly rate, followed by base salary plus commissions and incentives on a 4-day workweek. Most shifts avoid nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory while maintaining professional safety standards.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
