Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels and other facility products.

The opportunity includes a solid base salary, commissions, and a 4-day workweek with minimal nights or weekends. Responsibilities include building rapport with decision makers, maintaining quality standards, and expanding the customer base

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
