Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

The position is physical and fast-paced, with a rigorous 10-week training program, a solid base salary with commissions, a 4-day workweek, and no nights or weekends. Monthly/quarterly bonuses and incentives are also offered.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license
• Must be 21+ years old
• DOT medical certification required
• Provide documentation of prior employment

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
