Job summary

You will drive a route truck to service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products, and other facility services.

The role offers a comprehensive 10-week training, a solid base salary with commissions after routing, a 4-day workweek with no nights or weekends, and monthly or quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT driving requirements and be 21+ years old.
• Active driver's license and DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of prior employment on first day.
• HS diploma or GED or military service required.
• Demonstrate strong customer-service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow existing base by upselling and cross-selling products.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying compliant.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
