Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts on a dedicated route in the Rental Division. The role involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels and other facility products along a fixed route, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer relationships.

The position offers comprehensive training, solid base pay with commission potential, a 4-day workweek, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver\'s license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the job.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivation and teamwork to meet goals.
• Positive attitude, ambition and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while performing duties professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
