Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck on an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility services.

This is a physical, fast-paced position with a 10-week training program, potential bonuses, and a 4‑day workweek with no nights or weekends. Strong customer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and clean driving record.
• Age 21 or older.
• DOT medical certification.
• Ability to provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
