Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route, service and upsell within an established customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility products on a fast-paced, indoor/outdoor route.

The role offers a solid base salary with commission after being assigned a route, a 4-day workweek, and the majority of schedules with no nights or weekends, plus monthly/quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or Military Service required.
• Active driver's license and DOT medical certification.
• Must be able to meet physical requirements.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Self-motivation and teamwork to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service renewals and controlling inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
