Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

Primary duties include delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services while upholding quality standards. The role includes a 10-week training program with a starting hourly rate and strong commission potential after route assignment.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license.
• Age 21 or older.
• DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
