Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our team members drive a truck along an established route, service and upsell within an existing customer base, and perform a physical, fast-paced job delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels and other facility products.

This role offers a starting hourly rate of $24.00, a solid base salary with commission opportunities after routing, and a predominantly 4-day workweek

Qualifications

Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
Active driver’s license is required.
Must be at least 21 years old and obtain a DOT medical certification.
Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while adhering to safety standards.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
