Job summary

UniFirst Corp. is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, delivering and picking garments daily while building strong customer relationships on the road.

This field-based role features a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends, a commission-based earning potential, and opportunities to grow with UniFirst’s national network through upsell and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• DOT requirements including a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Proven customer service experience preferred.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new technologies.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and remaining on feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route: deliver and pick garments daily.
• Load/unload route trucks and ensure accuracy.
• Deliver on-time, accurate service and returns.
• Grow customer relationships and upsell products.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with safety emphasis.
• Maintain a Monday–Friday daytime schedule.
