UniFirst Corp. is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, deliver and pick garments daily, and grow customer relationships with a strong focus on service reliability.

The role is field-based, with on-road responsibilities and a commitment to safety and accuracy. You'll be part of a nationwide team, earning commissions from day one while applying upsell strategies to increase route earnings.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• DOT physical exam and compliance requirements.
• Educational requirement: high school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Prior customer service, route sales, or delivery experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay on feet for extended periods.

Aufgaben

• Manage an assigned route as the primary contact for customers delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Support daily operations by loading/unloading route trucks and ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with strong customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships by addressing service needs and upselling compatible garments and products.
• Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to expand the route’s offerings.
• Represent UniFirst on the road, prioritizing safety and customer service.
• Engage in a physically active role across indoor and outdoor environments.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain a predictable schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours with no nights or weekends on a consistent route.
