Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a daily delivery and pickup route, delivering garments and products with a customer-focused approach.

You will grow customer relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and support daily operations while upholding safety and accuracy on a Monday–Friday daytime schedule. This is a field-based, commissioned role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and ability to work independently on a route.
• Strong time management and reliable delivery performance.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams.
• Sales mindset with ability to upsell garments and products.
• Comfort with basic technology to improve operations.
• Must be dependable with a professional demeanor.
• Physical stamina to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. on route.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers on your assigned route.
• Deliver and pick garments and products daily.
• Load and unload route trucks with the service team.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns.
• Build rapport with customers and identify upsell opportunities.
• Represent UniFirst with safe driving and service excellence.
• Maintain a predictable Mon–Fri daytime schedule.
