UniFirst Corp. is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated route, delivering garments and products daily while building strong customer relationships. You will support daily operations, ensure accurate deliveries, and represent UniFirst with safety and professionalism on the road.

This role offers opportunities to upsell and grow the route, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule in many markets. A strong customer focus and reliable transportation are essential for success.

Formación

• Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• DOT compliance including a medical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned route as primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Assist service team by loading/unloading route trucks and starting each day with accuracy.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships by addressing service needs and upselling relevant garments and products.
• Identify upselling opportunities to increase route earnings and drive sales growth.
