UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated route, delivering garments and products and building strong customer relationships on a day-to-day basis.

You will load/unload routes, ensure on-time deliveries, and explore upselling opportunities to boost earnings while upholding safety and quality. This is a field-based role with a stable daytime schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• DOT physical exam compliance is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills and independent work style.
• Prior route sales, delivery, or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on the assigned route, delivering and picking up garments and products daily.
• Assist with loading and unloading route trucks to support daily operations.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers, address service needs, and introduce new garments and products.
• Identify upselling opportunities to grow the route and earnings potential.
• Operate a company walk-in truck along designated routes, prioritizing safety and reliability.
• Work across indoor and outdoor environments, maintaining energy, attention to detail, and safety.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain a predictable schedule (Mon–Fri daytime) servicing the same route and customers.
