Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated route, delivering and picking garments daily while building strong customer relationships. This field-based role emphasizes timely service, accuracy, and safety on every stop.

You will grow accounts and identify upselling opportunities to increase earnings, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and commissions from day one. A reliable driver with DOT-ready credentials is preferred.

Qualifications

• Driver's license (21+), clean driving record, reliable transportation.
• DOT compliance with physical exam
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales or delivery is a plus
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new technologies
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route as the primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Support daily operations by loading/unloading route trucks and ensuring accuracy at start of day.
• Deliver consistent, on-time service and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships by addressing service needs and upselling new garments and products.
• Drive sales growth by identifying upselling opportunities on your route.
• Represent UniFirst on the road, prioritizing safety and exceptional service.
