Job summary

UniFirst Corp. is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated delivery route, build strong customer relationships, and grow sales on a daily basis. You will load/unload, ensure accurate starts to each day, and provide reliable service while prioritizing safety.

The role offers on-site fieldwork with consistent hours and opportunities for earnings growth through upselling. You’ll join a large, nationwide garment services leader and become the face of UniFirst for customers on

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• DOT compliance requirements including a physical exam.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new technologies to improve operations.
• Physical ability to lift/carry/push up to 50 lbs and stay on feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route and be the primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Support daily operations by loading/unloading route trucks and ensuring accuracy at start of day.
• Deliver on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with high customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships by addressing service needs and upselling garments and products.
• Identify upselling opportunities to grow the route and earnings potential.
• Represent UniFirst on the road, prioritizing safety and exceptional service.
• Engage in a physically active role across indoor and outdoor environments.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain a predictable, weekday schedule servicing the same route and customers.
