Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts within the Rental Division. You will drive a route to service and upsell uniforms, shop towels and other facility services, building rapport with key decision makers on site.

The role offers a solid base salary with commissions after route assignment, a mostly 4-day workweek, and no nights or weekends for the majority of shifts, plus monthly/quarterly bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license
• Must be 21 years or older
• DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation of previous employment

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
