Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts within the Rental Division. You will drive a route, service and sell to an existing base, while delivering and picking up uniforms and facility products.

This fast-paced, 4-day workweek role emphasizes a strong customer service orientation, safety, and a team-oriented environment. Training is provided, with base pay plus commissions and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements and be 21+.
• Active driver's license and DOT medical certification required.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
