Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative in the Rental division to manage and grow customer accounts along an established route. You will deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, and other facility services while building rapport with key decision makers.

This role offers a solid base salary with commission after route assignment, a 4-day workweek, no nights or weekends for the majority, and ongoing training plus performance incentives to support growth and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and ability to meet DOT requirements.
• 21+ years old and able to obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork ability.
• Physical ability to meet job demands and drive a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• High School diploma, GED or military service completed.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
