Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service items on an established route.

The role offers a solid base salary with commission potential after routing is assigned, a 4-day workweek, and minimal nights or weekends, plus monthly/quarterly bonuses. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and DOT medical certification required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must meet physical requirements for the role.
• Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
