This role drives a service route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, and other facility products, indoors and outdoors, while building rapport with key decision makers.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and DOT medical certification required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or GED; military service acceptable.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while following safety guidelines.
